Apprenticeship as Retail Salesperson - Weiden in der Oberpfalz (2026)

During your apprenticeship at Denns BioMarkt you will gradually get to know every area of the store – from product presentation and customer consultation to cash handling and logistics. You support your team in daily operations and ensure smooth workflows. A key focus is expert advice on organic products; the knowledge you gain will fully prepare you for any customer query. Shelves, bakery and cheese counters, bistro and back office will all become part of your territory.

Your tasks:

• Attractive presentation of our premium organic food
• Comprehensive, friendly customer service
• Cashier duties and cash balancing
• Implementation of marketing campaigns
• Ordering, receiving, checking and storing goods
• Assisting with promotions and seasonal placements

What you bring:

• Good school results, preferably intermediate school-leaving certificate
• Enjoy dealing with people
• Excellent communication skills and team spirit
• Commitment, sense of responsibility and interest in organic & natural products
